The annual First Church Potato Booth at the Glastonbury Apple Harvest and Music Festival will be in full swing this year during the weekend of Friday, October 18, to Sunday, October 20, and your help is needed! This is a fundraising event for First Church youth mission trips.
We welcome back returning volunteers and invite new volunteers to join us for 2024. During the week of the event, we need both adult and youth volunteers to wash, wrap and bake potatoes, bring cooked food to the booth, sell potatoes and clean up. Come join the fun!
If you can’t volunteer, you can still support us by buying a baked potato with your choice of toppings from a fellow church member at the Glastonbury Apple Harvest & Music Festival. Can’t make it to the festival? No problem! Purchase your baked potato with all the fixings at our grab and go station in Schultz Hall on Sunday, October 20, directly after the 10:00 a.m. worship service. See you there!
