On Monday, March 10, we will travel to Hartford to serve a community dinner at Hands on Hartford. We will be both providing the food and bringing in a crew to serve. For those of us serving, we will arrive at 55 Bartholomew Ave in Hartford at 4:30 p.m. Dinner is served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and we will be finished by 7:00 p.m. We are also responsible for preparing the food.
We will need a main dish (recipes provided), prepared salads, dinner rolls, fruit, beverages and dessert. Those items can be dropped off at the church kitchen either Sunday morning (March 9) or Monday afternoon (March 10) from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.

First Church has had a long tradition of collecting food items for our neighbors in need. In February, we’re asking for contributions for MACC (Manchester Area Conference of Churches), including instant potatoes, canned veggies, baked beans and other items.
