Dear Friends,
Sure, you might attend worship on Sundays, but do you really know what you believe? This year 13 Confirmands have walked on a journey to answer that exact question. This Sunday join us at 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. and online as those Confirmands lead our congregation in worship and we discuss Growing Together in Faith.
· Where is God in my life?
· What gives my future hope and meaning?
· What is my purpose?
· Why do bad things happen?
These are the kinds of existential questions we wrestle with throughout our adult lives. I know the reflections and prayers of our teenagers on Sunday morning will give us pause as we recall struggling with these questions ourselves at pivotal moments of our own journeys. Perhaps their words will also inspire new insights for you while deepening all of our faith. I can't wait to see you Sunday at 8:00 a.m. in the Micah Chapel, 10:00 a.m. in the Meetinghouse and online!
